see, this is what a sincere apology should be like. oh and it was a statement meaning he didn't say it himself? heartfelt indeed. i particularly like the point about our dear PM perhaps not being able to multi-task. even i can watch TV, read newspaper and eat peanuts at the same time. with one arm. does that mean i can be PM? please?
